Explications concernants les P.P.V.

Notion de "lutteur le plus évolué"


Tous les 15 jours a lieu un P.P.V. dans lequel s'affrontent tous les lutteurs qui sont "champions de brand" au moment de la création du P.P.V. s’ils sont "disponibles" au moment du P.P.V. (le dimanche à 14h donc).
("disponibles" = pas absents, pas bléssés)

Tous les lutteurs "champions de brand" sont assurés d'avoir un match au P.P.V.

Le titre "majeur fédération" sera defendu entre les 2 lutteurs ayant le plus évolué (parmis tous les champions de brand) depuis la date du dernier P.P.V. (les 15 jours maximum) qu'ils aient ou non participés au P.P.V. précédent.
L'évolution d'un lutteur est représentée par le nombre d'xp total qu'il a gagné la date du dernier P.P.V. (ou depuis la date de création du lutteur s'il n'y a pas de P.P.V. précédent).
Si le titre "champion de brand" change de lutteur (par exemple) 2 jours avant le ppv, on regardera alors l'evolution depuis la date du dernier P.P.V. de ce lutteur devenu champion, et il participera au P.P.V. normalement, et aura un match pour le titre si il fait parti des plus évolués de tous les champions de brand.
L'idée est donc de faire en sorte que le lutteur "champion de brand" soit également celui qui aura gagné le plus d'xp depuis la date du dernier P.P.V., histoire qu'il ait un match pour un titre.

Chaque P.P.V. offre un match pour le titre "majeur fédération" opposant donc les 2 lutteurs ayant le plus évolués, ou alors le champion en titre contre le lutteur ayant plus évolué. Le champion "majeur fédération" défend son titre à chaque P.P.V. Mais, si le champion en titre n’est pas "disponible" lors du P.P.V. il perd automatiquement son titre et ce sont donc les 2 champions ayant le plus évolués qui s’opposeront donc pour le titre.

ll y a également un match pour le titre "mineur fédération". Ce match opposera les 2 lutteurs ayant le plus évolué en prenant la suite dans le "classement des champions + évolués". Il peut y avoir plusieurs titres "mineur fédération" en jeu pour un même P.P.V. (mais un seul "majeur"). Le nombre de titre mineur est en fonction du nombre de brand participantes au P.P.V. (il y a un titre mineur en jeu toutes les 20 brands). Comme pour le titre majeur : le "champion mineur" défend toujours son titre (qu'il ait beaucoup évolué ou pas). De même que pour le titre majeur, s’il n’est pas "disponible" lors du P.P.V., il perd automatiquement sont titre.

Astuce : imaginez que vous êtes champion majeur (ou mineur), il faudra faire en sorte que votre champion de brand soit un autre que celui qui est champion majeur, afin d'avoir 2 matchs au P.P.V. (le champion défendra son titre, et le champion brand aura aussi
Les matchs étant automatiquement créés au hasard, il se peut qu'un match oppose 2 lutteurs d'une même brand !

Note : Tous les lutteurs "champions de brand" sont assurés d'avoir un match au P.P.V. Mais uniquement les champions dont la brand est encore "active". En effet une brand devient "innactive" lorsqu'elle n'a pas jouée de match pendant les 30 derniers jours. (Son compte n'est pas désactivé, le joueur pourra revenir quand il le souhaite, mais on ne lui donnera pas de match de P.P.V. si il est innactif pendant 30 jours)

TERMES ET CONDITIONS


Les termes et conditions sont établis par univers-catch.com, données ci-dessous par l'administrateur du jeu Catch-Brand, et sont obligatoires pour tous les utilisateurs (joueurs).

Adhésion
L'adhésion commence par l'inscription au jeu Catch-Brand (https://catch-brand.univers-catch.com/) ou sur le forum (https://forum.univers-catch.com/). Chaque joueur est autorisé à utiliser un seul compte par serveur. Transfert ou vente de compte ou partie de compte, mais aussi prise de contact à cette intention ne sont pas autorisés. Toutes les données du jeu sont la propriété de l'administrateur du jeu. Les utilisateurs conviennent avec les règles du forum et du jeu en acceptant l'adhésion. Les règles sont toujours disponibles sur le forum.

Quand une violation des règles et/ou des T&C (Termes et Conditions) est constatée, l'administrateur du jeu se réserve le droit d'avertir l'utilisateur, du blocage d'un ou de tous ses comptes, temporairement ou définitivement, ou bien, la suppression d'un ou de tous ses comptes. La décision d'une mesure appropriée est la seule responsabilité de l'administrateur du jeu.

Service de l'administrateur du jeu
L'opérateur du jeu propose ses offres gratuitement pour tous les utilisateurs et fait constamment les efforts nécessaires pour résoudre les erreurs du serveur. Néanmoins, les erreurs de programmation (bugs) et les problèmes de serveur sont possibles. Si l'utilisateur est désavantagé par des problèmes de serveur ou par des bugs, il n'a pas le droit d'obtenir la restauration de son compte.

L'administrateur du jeu fournit une plate forme de communication ingame. Pour le contenu de ses conversations et communications, le joueur est entièrement responsable.

Changement des règles ou des termes et conditions
L'administrateur du jeu se réserve le droit de modifier ou d’étendre les règles, autant que les T&C à tout moment. Un changement ou une addition serait annoncé sur le forum correspondant au jeu.
Les Membres sont invités à consulter la version la plus récente en ligne sur le site. La présence du Membre sur le site sous-entend sa pleine acceptation de toute révision ou modification de ces TERMES ET CONDITIONS.

Compte utilisateur
Pour créer votre Compte Utilisateur (joueur), vous devez suivre la procédure mise en place par le biais des formulaires d'inscriptions. À l'issue de la procédure de création du Compte Utilisateur, vous recevrez un e-mail d'activation de votre Compte Utilisateur à l'adresse saisie dans le formulaire de création du Compte. En cliquant sur le lien hypertexte figurant dans l'e-mail d'activation, vous activerez ainsi votre Compte Utilisateur. Univers Catch vous rappelle que vous êtes seul responsable de la conservation du caractère confidentiel de votre identifiant et mot de passe et de toutes actions qui pourront être faites sous votre compte. Dans la situation de perte de votre login et de votre mot de passe suivez la procédure mise en place à cet effet sur le Site. Veillez à fournir une adresse e-mail valide lors de la création de votre Compte Utilisateur puisqu'elle conditionne uniquement l'envoie de votre login et mot de mot de passe en cas de perte de ces derniers. L'envoi du Login et du mot de passe se fait uniquement par e-mail à l'adresse e-mail de création du Compte Utilisateur.

La suppression, suspension du Compte Utilisateur peut intervenir soit : - Par la volonté de l'Utilisateur du Compte, si ce dernier en informe par Message Privé (MP) un membre de la team UC ; - Dans la situation où, le Titulaire du Compte Utilisateur fournirait des informations fausses, inexactes, périmées ou incomplètes, Univers Catch serait en droit de suspendre, désactiver ou résilier son compte et refuser immédiatement et pour le futur, l'accès à tout ou partie du Service.

Univers Catch se réserve le droit sur le Site d'utiliser les Adresses IP collectées pour identifier les Internautes quand nous y sommes contraints par une autorité judiciaire, des autorités de police, par toute autorité administrative indépendante et de manière générale par toute autorité administrative habilitée par la Loi , que pour identifier les Internautes qui contreviendraient aux dispositions des conditions d'utilisation du Site et du Service. Dans cette situation,nous pourrons transmettre votre adresse IP aux fournisseurs d'accès aux fins d'identification (et obtenir ainsi votre radiation éventuelle),voire, si nous l'estimons nécessaire compte tenu de la nature du non respect des présentes, transmettre votre adresse IP directement auprès des autorités compétentes.

Univers Catch ne peut fournir aucune garantie quant aux rencontres qui pourraient découler de l'usage de ses services. Aucune présélection des membres n'est effectuée et le service est ouvert à tous.

Ces conditions d'utilisation sont régies, interprétées et appliqués conformément au droit français. Les tribunaux français et notamment le tribunal de Nanterre sera seul compétent pour connaître de tout litige relatif aux présentes conditions, y compris, sans que cette énumération soit limitative, leur validité, leur interprétation, leur exécution et/ou leur résiliation et ses conséquences.
